NYC has and always will be junior. You have to cover all 3 airports on reserve and the crash pads are more expensive than just about anywhere else.

When do we get paid the larger hourly payrate when converting to a new a/c? For instance m88 to 7er.

See, they have to pay pilots more to entice them to leave the 88. Just go look at the pay rate tables for proof.
