Could someone give me a little information about what to see in Saipan. I finally got a long layover and wanted to see the island, possibly by one of the park rangers. I was also told that they are not allowed to give tours?
I know it's been discussed here before but I can't find it. Thanks for your help.

$20 scooters, snorkel, ABC stores, massages, Banzai CLiffs, the WW2 museum and the mini Island off shore is what most people do. I stuffed myself with crab and oyster, so I laid out all day!!

I had that today andcalled techops. Clear yourcache and cookies, it shouldwork. There is some bad code on that page.
That trailer is better than the one they're showing on tv. The NFL rally thing, seems a bit modern, I hope they just tell it straight because it's a good enough story on its own.
Funny thing, but Cuba Gooding Jr. is in this one but he also did a Tuskegee Airman HBO movie years ago and Jimmy Leeward flew his P-51 in the movie.

And speaking of Pearl Harbor, I think Ben Afflek did to war movies what Heath Ledger did to cowboy movies. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
My favorite shot in that movie is the pilot's-eye view of the zero rolling in on the line of Arleigh Burke class destroyers tied up alongside Ford Island.
I didn't see it mentioned, but Crew Resources posted a Feb 2012 update to their thinking. At 9 pages it goes into a lot of details.
But the best part is crew Resources responding to some of the comments to the rotation survey. It is a very good read and shows what they are thinking about each category as well as commutable trips and non-commutable trips.
