Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

The only thing I can think of is obstacle clearance off construction from the new international terminal. I haven't been to ATL in about 2 weeks, so I don't know if there is a new crane or something up. There was a NOTAM I saw in Feb. when I was there for "No landings on 27R except for emergency" which made me think of the M incident.
If this was right after the taxiway M landing, I could see a correlation to that.

I think the ILS is out too, so there is no navigation to the runway. On top of that I believe the PAPI's are also ots and they look to be working on adding that 1000 feet for the KAL 380.

#1. It is not a "family business". My wife started AngryPilotWife.blog for laughs and then decided it would be a great way to raise money for Friends of Mel, the cancer charity set up to honor one of our Flight Attandants, who lost her battle with breast cancer. That's where the proceeds are going.
#2. I only posted the link because this thread is getting SOOOO effing depressing, that I thought we could all use a laugh. Lighten up, brother. Smile more, and try to do some good in the universe.
#3 As it stands, 400+ people have followed her link to the charity to help support it, and we're up to $65.00 in page view revenue for donation.
Again, it was NOT my intention to be "tasteless". I thought I could share a laugh with my Delta Brothers, and help support a very worthy cause.

B. Ratification of Agreements
1. MEC Ratification Policy:
a. Collective bargaining agreements that have been approved by the MEC
and result from negotiations undertaken pursuant to both Section 28 of the
PWA and Section 6 of the Railway Labor Act that both resolve all Section
6 issues and conclude Section 6 negotiations shall be subject to
membership ratification. All other agreements shall be subject only to
MEC ratification unless the MEC determines that an agreement should be
subject to membership ratification.

I'm with you. Unfortunately this union has a history of thinking for it's members often without asking. If they were to do this they would be replaced plain and simple.
