Also we are going for a average daily credit, not a min day. That is what the opener said. Makes those 10:30 hr three days, 15:45, but it still allows flexability, as long as every calander day averages out to 5:15.

I didn't really have enough knowledge to make a proposal on scope I just know it needs to be better. Ideally, (except in very few rare JV/code share exceptions) if it says DELTA on the side of the airplane a Delta pilot should be flying - if we get 1/3 - 1/2 of the way on this contract with tight language that should do it.

What!?!? This was in the opener? Guess I missed it. Dumber than freeking dirt:mad: Did NO one listen or care what we said it did for rotation construction for domestic guys.

Doesn't effect me, but geeze............oh well, who cares about work rules, you guys just keep thumping your chests on the min percent you'll find acceptable.

"thanks for your inputs, we've got this"

FTB: Are you a Mooney nut, or did you just like the great paint scheme on that one? I used to fly a M20C as a Company Car and loved it. Great airplane.

Me a mooniac? I'd love to be a legit one!

I do like mooneys and their look so I chose that pic on purpose but i have better theyre just massive.

As to M20s and especially R models, I didn't know they were so roomy until i read it recently. They look small from the outside but I've read rave reviews on the cockpit and long body cabins. Couple speed and efficiency with tks Fiki, spoilers, good looks, etc. wow! Payload seems strong too for a four seater. I'm used to four seaters being two seaters, six being four, etc. the mooney's seem to be solid 4 seaters.

Sadly, i never have been within 10' of one.

But if ever I win the mega tonight I may resurrect mooney.

I never have been in a cirrus either but if ever they make it a taildragger and not have the gangly gear look I might be interested.

Seriously though, I bet my wife would require an A36 Bonanza, the idea of boarding over the wing would be a no go. Or if I really have the money, a Twin Bo! :D

From what I've heard, what was given to the negotiators to go after was pretty freaking high.

Then again, I heard recently someone say that we might see a TA soon with 12-5-5-5 pay increase. That is just insulting if that comes out as the TA. We'll see, and I'm not going to get my blood pressure up until there's something in stone.

Industry leading is what they are saying as their slogan, and I'm good with that if that is what comes back.

If nobody wins tonight, they say lotto may exceed $1B by Tuesday, I'd love to see those billboard signs handle that!

Industry leading would have to be 43-3-3-3, plus work rule improvements and 100% scope recapture. I know we are not going to see that. The touch and goes I just got was another perfect example of managing expectations. Sad.

BL...I'll wait and see. If it sucks, I'll pull the DPA trigger while increasing efforts for employment elsewhere.

Did my commercial SE in a Mooney M20J. What a joy to fly! Chandelles and lazy eights were a blast! :)

You think 5, 5, 5, 5 will pass? I don't see that happening. Most guys I talk with are looking for double digits for the up front pay raise. That was the point of my previous posts regarding the comparison to SWA. As a minimum, shouldn't we get the Roger value of 11% (or close to it) up front?

5,5,5,5 - You are joking right? That is basically a stong COLA and not much more.

I would vote for Herman's 9-9-9 plan as long as Scope remained the same or improved. 9% pay raise day 1, 9 hours credit per vacation/training day, 9 hour daily credit. :D

What - I guy can dream can't he?
