The reps may shorten the seven day window. It is up to them. If there is something pressing that they were briefed on then watch for timelines to change.

NERD you are right. We should have 60 days and if it's less than that, it's still plenty of time

I'm guessing the MEC will want to look it over and discuss it for at least a day or two, before they vote...and then we see the details...?

Or will we see the details before the MEC votes on it, so we can "Provide Input" to our reps, before they vote?
