Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

Some guys on the DALPA forum seem convinced that the updated sick leave is 240 hours per year, resetting annually with no rolling 3 year total. Can that be right? I'm thinking no, but more importantly, can anyone explain what the wording actually means?

That is correct. Its essentially the sick leave program we had before chapter 11 however the max then was 300 hours a year.

I'm very familiar with a guy (who posts a lot on this forum) that just bought a brand new shiny big boat. He also lives about 30 mins east of PNS. I bet if we offered enough free beer and BBQ, he would be willing to take us out for a good view of practice day. :)

I go camping at NAS Pensacola all the time. I forget which day it is but one day per week, the Naval Aviation Museum opens its ramp to walk (or take a bus) to the flightline and watch the practice show. It is all free plus you can spend some time in the museum. That is probably the best way to do it.
