True. I thought the "lack of transparency" concern was accepted as legitimate by all rational players.
BTW, what's the latest on the FPL accountability thing? I realize negotiations are ongoing, but I hope DALPA knows they are not off the hook by any means regarding the p!ssing away of our money. There is a list on the Treasurer's page of the average compensation per Alpa pilot. Go look at it. It's there and there was a link on the main page last week. |

Carl the other thread is about ten pages back, I responded to a few posts and frankly nothing precludes the debate here, we just do not want to have the entire thread about it.
As for Mod's we are and that does not preclude us from the debate. If you want to debate DPA I will do it over there but I am not going to fish for all dead thread. I prefer we keep it there. Bus's retort which I replied to was after your comment. Honestly I did not know that stuff was on that site since I do not read it. Again, I should not have to tell you two this. Move the posts over to the other thread. You've done it many times before when it suited you, yet you refuse to do it now when you and Johnso29 were the instigators of the DPA bashing. Pathetic. I am not one that thinks a organizational change is needed to fix the issues. DALPA and whatever issues this pilot group wants fixed can be fixed within the current structure.

BS acl. You and Johnso29 had your own little DPA bashfest based on one guys statement that you didn't even verify. You and Johnso29 bashed DPA for over 10 posts...and it was only a few pages back not 10 pages back.

Carl; Honest question. What is your real agenda? You have blind hatred or disdain for all things ALPA. Answer it on the other thread if you want.
What is my real agenda? It's exactly what I've specifically stated for these last years posting here. It is for my brother pilots to get the "other side" when I see pure BS being sent out. It is for my brother pilots to benefit from the mistakes my generation made by caving in to unwarranted fear. I want all Delta pilots to make their decisions based on their own logical minds...not scare tactics and self-serving statements from some in our current MEC administration. To the extent I can foster decisions based on logical minds by raising the BS flag when warranted, I do so. Carl |

Amazing that you could say that, after you posted this garbage:
You really are the Bill Clinton of budding ALPA politicians. More importantly, you and Johnso29 are moderators. You're supposed to know better. I shouldn't be the one having to tell you two to take it to the other thread. If there are any other real moderators out there, maybe we should move all of these posts from our two merry band of moderators to the other thread to pre-empt another DPA back and forth. Carl |

I apologize for repeating the question, but...
Do we get to see how each rep voted for the TA? Accountability, namely (D)ALPA doing what they think is best and not what their constituents asked them to do, has been an ongoing problem for the better part of a decade now. Certainly, asking the reps to individually talk about why they voted to outsource more career killing RJ's for example, not just parroting the talking points handed down to them by "leadership", is reasonable. |

No Carl I read the article in question and the thread is ten pages back.
But that's not the point. The point is that you and Johnso29 engaged in a DPA bashing that you BOTH have admonished others for doing AND you moved the offending posts over to that thread. But you don't do that when you two are the offending parties. It's hypocritical and unprofessional. Carl |
