And looking to the far right, it seems we have some nearly 65 year olds at the 11,000 plus level. How did that happen? Were they hiring pilots over age 60 in the last 200 new hires? Or were they Compass flow up?

The answer to that is "Yes", we hired some near 60 since the age limit changed. Part of SD's "hire the experienced pilot" program. I was going to bring this up, but glad you spotted it. Many 60-65 year olds are not near the top of the list. Lots of retiring mil retirees that were hired in the 90's as well.

Wait, what?

CPZ-DL-JB-CPZ-DL?

Really?

Or did you just mean JB-CPZ-DL?

DL-JB-CPZ-DL.

He was a Delta Pilot, retired. Then went to JB, but went over to Compass when it first started and then "flowed up" to DL when they hired in 2010.

So, it looks as if Sailing is right. I show 71% of the RMA (post withdrawl) being under 61.

The only problem is, it's only 191 pilots out of a little under 12,000.

I can see my dot! Seriously!
