It depends what you are looking for, there are other places out there that provide better individual assistance and allow for more practice time. If your interview skills are lacking and you feel like you might need extra help then I wouldn’t count on them getting you fully ready for an important interview. If you just need a quick brush up and an extra set of eyes making sure you are ready then it would work fine.

Who might provide the best individual assistance? I’m already going through RST, Lumosity and aviationinterview gouges. I would like to lock down a good HR aid. As others have said, I don’t really care about cost for this kind of opportunity.

I see Emerald, Cage, Aerocrew.

Thanks for all the great info guys and gals!

Again, I have no doubt RST is a good program and I’m all for capitalistic approaches to helping others. Good for him for finding a niche and profiting from it.

Lastly, this has nothing to do with money. I agree wholeheartedly that getting a job such as Delta takes a lot of investment in many ways. My overall point is RST should be one of the tools to help prep for the interview...not the only one.

Technically speaking, in the invite email, Delta gives a list of study materials. RST does a nice job of consolidating the info, getting it into blocks of study material, and providing quizzes and flash cards to test your understanding of the material.

That being said, it can be intense working on refreshing aerodynamics that were learned decades ago, plus HR prep, plus normal flying.

Interview numbers took a sharp jump up this week. Good sign that things are picking up quickly.

I've had my application in at Delta for a few years now, no answers what so ever. What do I need to do to get a face to face answer on how to get an interview?

Have an internal recommendation to have your app manually reviewed. The only way to get an interview.
