Not to rain on anyone's parade, but the emails for march interviews went out a few weeks ago. Got a friend that is interviewing in late March. If what you say is true, there should be no more invites until they increase the number. Hopefully sooner than later!

Ghillis,
I hope this means that once fixed, you get the call. Best of luck.

I'm assuming all of the above. They made it sound pretty optimistic that they would be hiring more, just waiting on the approval.

Thanks! Fingers crossed.

I was trying to figure out if I needed to put down kc10 school (its in house), both my c17 schools at altus, global express school (contracted to cae at dfw), as all separate events for education. Do I have to break those down for employment history as well? Im confused by this because the whole time I was paid by the same employer (usaf). The other problem is that I flew the global express while I was still considered a c17 pilot, but theres no place for me to explain that. I kinda wish I just flew one airplane now

They have certainly changed it since I applied, so my advice would be hip-shooting at best.

I got a similar fixit email and ended up breaking out my entire Navy career, unit by unit, to include flight school and refresher/upgrade training. I'm not sure if that was exactly what they wanted, but I'm interviewing next month, so it must have been close.

Yep...similar experience. I got a fix-it email a few months back. Putting down each assignment as a separate entry seemed to do the trick. If you flew multiple aircraft in an assignment - even as part of a TDY - I'd just include that in the job description. Put any formal flying training in your education block. That's what I did anyway, and no one had questions about any of that info in the interview.

I broke out all the different assignments in work history. Every time I PCS'd it was a new entry. As far as training I put every new aircraft initial training into my education as a separate event. I also put a separate entry into education for SOS, ACSC, Safety School, Tactics School, AIS, etc...

Agree to break out all assignments and list all training. I had a similar issue. Deployed to the MC-12 while flying the T-6. I just listed every assignment/deployment as a separate job, even though the MC-12 time fell completely within my T-6 dates. No issues...interviewed in Jan.

Work history--I broke down all my PCSs back through UPT. Education--I included HS, college, and Masters as well as all PME both in residence and correspondence and also foreign language study/work abroad. Military--I just had two entries--one for college and another as officer on active duty. I did not include any of my formal training/upgrades for any of my three aircraft. Not saying you shouldn't but I got the call without it. Make sure your PCS dates line up and there are no gaps.
