Anyone who gets an interview should prepare and enlisting the help of experts, like the service you offer, improves their odds of getting hired greatly. Practice makes perfect. For a $5,000,000 + career, there is no better deal.

I won't name which prep I used since I don't want to start a "this one is better than that one.." argument, but the time and money I spent was one of the best investments I've made in getting ready for the interview. Well worth it. If someone is trying for an airline job (or...really any job) and hasn't done it or set themselves up to do it, then I think they're making a huge mistake.

I used Emerald Coast. So did the other 6 people in my interview group. Our day went 6/6. I think their placement rate is high 90%. I highly recommended to prep in some way. I know a guy that went cold and made it, but i don't recommend it.

I used Aero Crew Solutions after going through prep with Cage Consulting for a UAL interview the month prior. I almost passed on Aero Crew thinking I did one prep why do another? Man am I glad I went through with it. Aero Crew did an awesome job of filling in all the gaps my personal prep did not cover. It made the difference between me wondering how I was doing throughout the process and feeling like I was nailing each portion. Scott does an awesome job of taking your personal experiences and making them excellent responses to interview questions (no canned answers).
