I am new to this thread so forgive me if I am out of touch, but does anyone know if Delta is still giving calls for new interviews or are they on an interview break??? I heard there are 200 in the hiring pool at Delta so my guess is that they are on a break.

Pretty sure they are still going out, rumor is 96 new trainees in April and 50 hires per month indef. have a bud interviewing today who got the call 2 weeks ago. Good luck!

May be coincidence though.

Hey Ghilis, have you interviewed yet? Good luck.

I got a personal fix it email from Arnie Krabie himself, and nothing yet! No joke

I'm in! The wait is killing me, I jump every time the email chime sounds on my phone. Has anyone gotten a response to their "I have updated as requested....thank you very much" emails? I got an auto response but that was it. Just curious. Hopefully we all get called soon!

Delta will not be interviewing next month. As far as the "fix it" emails please update your application ASAP. The biggest reason for the emails is due to gaps in education or employment. They want your entire history even if it spans 25 years ago. For military pilots break down each assignment on your application.

Make sure you will out every box on the application. If it does not apply to you put a "N/A" in the box. Check your "Maiden Name", "Aliases", and "Other Languages" boxes. If it doesn't apply to you put "N/A" in the box.

The last thing that people are screwing up is the spelling of the company. It is DELTA AIR LINES, three words. Check your letters of recommendation and referrals for the correct spelling.

Aero Crew,

Thank you for your updates.

Anyone who gets an interview should prepare and enlisting the help of experts, like the service you offer, improves their odds of getting hired greatly. Practice makes perfect. For a $5,000,000 + career, there is no better deal.

Be patient waiting for interviews.

The bottleneck is over in the schoolhouse.
They are still spooling up. The simulators are running flat out.

Everybody likes new airplane rumors. Here's one almost as good:

Heard from a little birdie that we are probably going to acquire some brand new simulators. Just waiting for senior management to give the go-ahead. The debate is over which sims. The operational people all want CAE boxes. The bean counters are choking on the price tag. Decision soon.

I was one of the guys who sent the "I have updated...thank you..." emails. The next thing I got from Delta was the invite to interview a few weeks later.
