My High School though was one of the best in the state and I had a 3.8 so maybe that's why I got hired.
I wouldn't even come close to getting the call to interview today. I was hired in 2000. Former Army Chopper pilot flying for NetJets. College took 11 years at night school on active duty. Graduated with a 3.4 from a university that was on post.

I don't think that a college degree makes you a better pilot, however I do think it shows that you wanted to be a Delta pilot since it's a hard requirement (other than for some special few)

Good luck!
Thanks for the info!

If there is anybody who is interviewing on 28 July that would like to get together for dinner the night before, feel free to send me your contact info and I can try and set something up. Obviously dinner the night before can't substitute for proper interview prep, but my guess is we might all get a little smarter and at least for me, talking to those who will hopefully be my future coworkers might settle my nerves a little. Please send a PM if you're interested.

I heard OC Miller say yesterday that they are not offering interviews to anyone without TPIC time. Has anyone interviewed lately without TPIC time that is not in the military?

Is the ratio still 5 military and 3 civilians for interviews each day?

I know two people in class right now that had 0 TPIC. My interview group was 6Mil/2Civ and that seems to be holding steady for OTS.

Don't forget 8 civ/0 mil on SSP days. SSP is hurting civ OTS hires. It's about 50/50 overall. Actually might be closer to 60/40 civ, but now I'm venturing into public math.
