Looks like a ton of new hires are going to be going to the 7ER. Enjoy
New hires to the ER = CA's have to solo across the pond.

Hardly. Crossing the tracks isn't rocket science. It's by far the easiest duty there is.

Default Delta Hiring News

If Delta is hiring as many military pilots as it appears, many of them have countless crossing using CPDLC.

That scenario would never happen.

It could, I went to Dakar on reserve and the other FO was on reserve as well. He was a regional guy but luckily I'm a former C-5 guy. It could easily happen.

No it couldn't. Had either of you crossed the pond before? I rest my case.

Have been solo across the pond,... had no idea what I was doing, but survived just fine. 12 hours later, hell, I was in England, unfortunately solo. Luckily, Social Distortion was at the Shepard's Bush.

So I'm confused. Is 76ER a good bid or bad? Of course it depends upon the person but how is the 76 ER generally viewed?

Delta has a pretty good training program and a checklist telling you exactly what to do. It's a lot different than domestic flying but not really hard. And the captain is always a phone call away.
