Thanks. Also have read the Everything Explained for the Professional Pilot. Appreciate the heads up.
We live in SLC, wife is from ATL. Delta is just too good to be true.

I bet they want B. But, it kind of depends on the aircraft. In the B738 sim I had the instructor tell me to do brakes, spoilers reverse...which is different from the 10, where its brakes, reverse, spoilers. But then again, we have a FE still in the 10 that can grab the spoiler handle for us. But in any case, it's always brakes first...so B (after throttles idle of course).

Different gouge even had different answers for that question back when I was studying in Feb. I'd say pick B and don't waste any more brain cells. I wasted too many researching it myself, especially when it wasn't even on my test.

Boeing changed the order of reversers and spoilers because guys were reacting too quickly and actually trying to engage the reversers too quickly which causes damage. The order changed to go to reverse, manually ensure the spoilers are up, then pull the reversers up about a year or so ago for use on the 73 700.

Have on of your LOR guys send the email into the pilot selection committee that they can get the link to on Deltanet. I have done two and both guys have gotten calls within a couple of months.

Had a 55 year old in my new hire class and that was pre age 65! Couldn't believe it.

I don't know that this is true on modern engines. Its just to guarantee performance data for all scenarios including MEL deferrals. Rejects are based on forward Idle and ground spoilers for almost all aircraft (however 747-400 was certified for RTO with eng out + (x) operating reversers incorporated into the data*, and maybe some other aircraft as well). So you have to get idle, ground spoilers, and brakes, and then you just get bonus stopping capability with TRs, hence why they come last. I occasionally flew with the autospoiler and or TRs MEL'd, meaning if I tried to do an RTO with reversers first, I may have not gotten the spoilers to come up in time to guarantee performance data.

It's true for Delta's 737s. We adopted Boeings recommendations a couple years ago.

Not to be nit picky but we and/or Boeing changed back to the old way this spring.
