Does changing a single field in the application constitute "updating"? The reason I ask is I am recovering from an injury and have a few more months before I can fly again, so the only thing I'll get to "update" is my tanking flight time for the last 12 months (along with decreased instrument approaches for last 6 months).
I should be flying again by February, with an availability date in July.

On the addendum there is a spot for date of last flight. That's low hanging fruit if you want to make the company aware of your updates. IDK how important updates are. When I interviewed with Delta in July I stopped updating. UAL called me in October for an interview even though I hadn't touched airlineapps for over 2 months.

Got the Invite!
Hi, all. Newbie to posting, but have perused and followed this thread a little.
With what I read and what I have been seeing, I didn't think I would get the call. Completely overwhelmed with excitement and gratitude from those who helped me.
Thanks to all for posting here and helping guys out. I will try to do the same!
Quick background: Hornet guy, now doing a station billet flying our Citation Encore. ~2200 hours, ~1900 PIC. ATP, CFI Instrument, Lead Instructor Pilot/Evaluator, Post Maint. check pilot. I had 11 recs with 4 Delta recs. I have a great Delta 747 FO that has been mentoring me. He did not write a rec as he has never flown with me, but has been coaching me along the process and helping me through the career choices/decisions/thinking.
Once I made the decision to go the airlines and leave my military career early, I was Delta all the way. That is all I wanted and am incredibly grateful. INCREDIBLY.
I have a lot of studying to do (!), but wanted to introduce myself and hope to be a part of helping everyone out.
As we say in the Marines....

I didn't do a follow up e mail either. I honestly didn't give the "fix it" e mail much thought. At the time I assumed it was just a clerical drill, and my app was still buried under 9,999 other ones. I was completely floored when the invite e mail showed up 2 days later.

Last week's class that started on 11/10 which had 74 people in it was the last class of November to my knowledge because of Thanksgiving. Next class I believe is 12/1 followed by 12/8 due to Christmas. If somebody knows the dates are different, please correct me.
