They show up under the addendum but I'm talking about when you go to "print" your app under review....just wondering if thats what they see or if they see the recs.

Can someone point me to where on Deltanet an employee can recommend an applicant? Or, provide the email to the pilot hiring team? Thanks in advance.

Click on left side "admin" section of flight ops page and then top right "pilot selection"--info there on process and email to send recommendation to hiring team. I usually (but not always) have gotten a reply that my recommendation was received--sometimes this reply came in a day or two and sometimes it took a month.

They told us in indoc that you don't need to type a full blown recommendation. I have sent 6 in and usually limit my email to two or three sentences and then attach their resume. 5 have been interviewed and hired. We were told that this email basically guarantees that the application will get scored and then if high enough put in line for interview. My friends have waited 2 days to 3 months to get the call to interview. We were also told that airline apps recommendation is only looked after someone is called to interview but I've seen different info posted here.

We were also told the scoring is done by a third party company in NC?--I have the name in my indoc notes somewhere. But again, I've seen info posted here that contradicts this.

I review every application before I send an email to hiring team to avoid the "fix it" emails and ensure all aspects have been covered on the application to improve their chances of getting a better score.

I know with the holidays things have to be coming to a slowdown somewhat right now. Usually this thread is on the front page of majors on APC. Any word about holding sending invites out? With a goal of hiring nearly 125 a month through April 2015 seems like they would be continuously sending invites out.

Thanks! Keeping my fingers crossed for 2015!

Got a 'fix-it' email Friday, 26th of Dec. Did what was asked and got an invite to interview this morning, Monday the 29th.

One question I have is how long after the date of interview are guys waiting for a class date?

Thanks

Average trend for the past few months has been 2 months from interview to indoc. Latest was the 3 Dec interview date going into class on 20 Jan & 2 Feb, so 1.5-2 months.

Wow, goes to show they haven't been taking much time away on the holidays. Thanks for the information. Congrats on the invite and good luck. Great time to get on now with tons of hiring to continue.
