Delta Hiring News

One more unsolicited piece of advice. If I were sitting on a good bit of quals and was hearing only the sound of crickets for months, I'd suggest two things:
1) Get somebody to review my app who would check it both for missing/incorrect info and competitiveness. Bonus if they'd give me suggestions for things within my control I could do to improve my state. I understand AeroCrew does this for a Benjamin. I've done it gratis for many I know, but I've seen probably only a score of them, the pros have likely seen hundreds.
2) if I was competitive, drop the bones for ECC or AeroCrew prep.
For the record, I'm not associated with either program, and manged to be hired under the blind squirrel rule without using either. But nearly every other pilot I know who had been hired on this wave has used one of them or even both. I've talked to Albie from ECC and based on my discussion and other fellow pilots who know and have flown with him, assess him as a genuine righteous dude. Nothing but positives either from ACS.
Expensive? Yes. Just like buying your interview threads. Worth it? I guess that's up to you to decide.

Completely agree with you about the above. I'm Hopeful it's this year and early this year. Recently became acquaintances with an individual who does interviews for DL and she checked for gramar and spelling and also stated my record is clean and competitive. Said it will hopefully be soon.
Also, paid for a prep program and can contest ECC is awesome. They really help one to understand the question and also know how to view the question. There really is a science behind it.

Hired in 2010. Since then my seniority number has jumped 1,003 numbers and there are over 1,100 people behind me now. Very exciting time to be here. Hopefully more and more over 60 North people with frozen pensions leave and growth continues. Welcome!!

HTML code is "[IMG]" and "". You need to copy the image address and post it between the code. You can use the image button as well.
Was that some sort of sick joke to get me to post this? Jokes on you, I enjoy this gentleman's dancing.

We prepped several of the Delta new hires this go around. As many have stated above, having a professional service like us, AeroCrew, ECC, etc can make a huge difference. Whether it's paperwork review you need, a sit down or last minute phone interview, simply having confidence is worth its weight in gold.
Congratulations to the Delta new hires.
