Unfortunately, that IS horrible.
Clean it up, have a third person review it closely. Fix those errors. Have a fourth person review it. Clean those errors. Rinse and repeat until you have an app that looks like it is from somebody who actually wants to work. Then submit and have a friend fire off the email.

Can only get better from here. I'll take your advice very seriously. I already had someone fire off the email so I'll do just what you said asap in the unlikely event that they haven't scored it yet.
Thank you.

They are still working through Tier 1 apps. If your app isn't perfect, you will not be happy with the result. If you want to have a chance, I would definitely follow the advise from Elvis.

He said he hadn't heard anything back... No reply saying it had been received. Do they normally send a reply to the person who sent the email/recommendation that they've received it?

AirlineApps tip: (to add to TED74's rec)
In the job 'duties and responsibilities' block, (the way you see it while filling it out) it looks like only enough room for 1 or 2 lines. In most cases you can type in more info and it'll expand when you view/print. The boxes actually hold 6-7 lines of text when printed. The problem here is that you can't tell, while you're typing, where it'll cut off; it would let you write a novel if you wanted.
I recommend typing your job descriptions into Word/Pages and let it spell/grammar check it for you. Copy it and paste it in the box, then go to the end and click the view/print button and see where it cut you off. Go back to your W/P version and see what you can trim without loosing the important stuff.
I'm sure this would be covered by each of the interview prep services, but I thought I'd mention it in case you're not to that point yet.

.
Part of it depends on how you spell airline.
Or, you could just apply with SkyWest ... Then you will fly to JNU, KTN, and SIT on a "Delta" jet!

It's not a DL vs. AS thing. It's a "if the FNG F-teen pilot fresh off the military's a$$ and new to the airline world wants to make a joke, AT LEAST make it a good one" thing.

In your case it doesn't seem like that much time went by between the email and when you fixed the issues in your app, and you never got a "fix it" email anyway, right? That makes me think it might not have been graded/tiered yet. Then again it depends on what you "fixed" yourself and if the initial app would have triggered a "fix it" query in the first place.
Maybe wait at least 6 months since the first email and then get another internal to do the email specifically stating that your app has been fixed. That's probably what I'd do.

Make sure all your monthly updates are right too. There's I think at least 2 places to update your times (in type, total and I think maybe another place for total) as well as most recent flight and approaches in the last 6 and 12 months. Eventually you'll get good at it, but the first several times, fine tooth comb it big time.
