I haven't been by the GO to count personally, but was there really a change in class size? I was under the impression that the "low" 25 number represented a class with a bunch of flow guys (i.e., 25 had to pick on Day 1 of Indoc; the other 30-ish were flow guys & had already picked based on their seniority date.

Of course, that doesn't change your point--hard to nail down a timeline when the pace varies.... Good luck to all applicants & poolies!

How is seniority determined at indoc for the off-the-street folks?

Last 4 of your SSN, 9999 is the highest seniority, 0000 the lowest. Date of interview only gets you into the class, SSN delineates within the class.

Just to clarify, SSN as the above poster mentioned. However, there is no separate "off the street" seniority process. OTS, flows, EtD, SSP, etc all get their seniority numbers the exact same way: SSN within the class on their actual hire date.

In regards to your last 4, is it always "higher is better" or does it ever flip flop?

Does that mean if you get additional internal req's that should trigger a re-score?

I thought awhile back someone said that the rescore could only happen every six months or year. Can't remember which.
