completely up to you, do you want to show that you had work ethic in high school or not?

I had a wicked step mother that sent me off to boarding school. I guess that makes me a privileged white kid with no work ethic. We were required to volunteer in the community thought so maybe that will add points. But I didn't work through college either. Sorry. Do I even have a chance?

Yes, list all jobs including the ones in high school. You want to build a picture about who you are as a candidate. Maybe the reason why you had a 2.8 GPA during college is you had to pay your own way through school. The recruiters will never know that unless you put them down on your application.

If anybody has a question about their app send me a PM or email. Good luck.

Take it easy. It's just HS. And Delta is ridiculous for even having to ask about jobs in HS. All of the work ethic for most people began after HS. Most of my HS jobs were undocumented and under the table. Should I list those too? What a pain in the keester.

By all means get a letter of recommendation from the wicked step mother. Employers fear and respect them.

I am sure this has been beat to death somewhere on this forum but for clarification:

Landings: for applications that ask for it, only log landings you were the pilot actually manipulating the controls.

Instrument Approaches: log all instrument approaches in crewed airplanes (regardless if PF or PNF).

Sound right for airline applications?
