Remember, the new medical must be submitted to the company by the 25th of the due month. Your telling a new hire to go to indoc, then go home for possibly a few days to get a new medical by the 25th, just to save, at most, a couple hundred bucks. Bad advise if you ask me.

I'm pretty sure when he says they are on deck, he means they are the last interview dates that should be included in the next round of invites. So in theory, the folks from all the dates you mention should be up for the next class.

Yes. I deferred. Pilot Selection will probably email with an invite for class according to your CJO. I had a later date on Airline Apps and received an invitation before my availability. Check the box "accepting" the training, then explain what training conflicts you will have in the first 90 days. They should tell you what class the will invite you to next.
