I would be commuting myself from either FSM or XNA so hoping for ATL. Any QOL differences between the 88 vs the 717?

88 guy here. My take of ATL

71- Much nicer airplane all around, worse trips. Lot of 5 day trips, lot of 5 leg days

88- 5 min in it and you'll no longer wonder why MD went out of business. Trips not as bad.

Both offer rapid seniority. Not going to go wrong with either.

Both layover in XNA. Or did. So thats nice.

88 (a.k.a. Mad Dog!!)

717 (a.k.a. Mini-Dog)

Questions?

In all seriousness, the 717 performs "88-lite" style trips.

Don't forget they both have those awesome eyebrow windows that allow for celestial navigation ops or catching skin cancer, depending on the time of your trip.
