I've written more about myself than any regular poster on this thread. Click on my posting history if you are really interested.

Dude. Are you for real? Was ALV+ 15 on the c12 survey? How about adding a 7th short call? 4833? Sick leave verification? Granting large rj scope relief in return for 717s we were getting anyway? Hint: those concessions were nowhere on the survey. But we got them anyway.

You weren't on the property. Which is fine. But don't bow up here and lecture us about something you know absolutely nothing about.

Ying and yang. . I practically never agree with Slow, Alfa, Sailing, Tsquare or those in that particular vein, but their viewpoints are constructive by increasing the breadth of the discussion. PD and others do the same, just in a different way.

When you narrow your vision, it makes you miss important things along the periphery.

What lecture? I don't see any evidence the company cares about minimum line value and posted the reasons I think that. Maybe the company hates that pilots can drop to zero. I don't see the financial reason to hate it but who knows. The only "evidence" we've seen is gzsg posting that some unnamed person said it. Do you disagree with anything I've said? I'm interested.

I don't care one way or another about minimum line value. It seems pretty inconsequential to a huge majority of pilots and nice to have for the pilots who take advantage of it. I don't see any reason to change the system unless the company grossly overpays. I dont see any evidence that allowing drops to zero, by itself, does anything for staffing.

Do you know what I know about you? Absolutely nothing because it doesn't matter. I'm interested in your views, not who you are.

I don't really care if you know who I am. I bet if you went far enough back I've even posted my name. Nothing I write is controversial to anyone other than a few posters here. Most of what I write is challenging what I think are logic flaws. I rarely take a position on contractual issues.

Good philosophy. Lets not try to "out" others here. If someone wants to go public, that is fine but lets try to respect the anonymous nature of these boards.

Frankly Dude, you need to tone it down. It "sounds" like you are screaming on the internet. We didn't kill it on C2012, but we didn't do as poorly as you continually suggest. Your posts are like "Paul Harvey, without the rest of the story." Nothing in C12 was an improvement? You hate ALPA! I think everyone gets it.

That is incorrect Alan. Collective bargaining rights were gained through legislation after the era of the robber barons. During that era the free market reigned supreme and it was very Darwinian. Collective bargaining rights along with other legislative victories have created our current markets which seek to minimize the distortions that can happen in a free market system.

Our power comes from collective bargaining...not the free market. You're speaking like a manager in a non-union company.
