He sure did read it. He just doesn't understand it. Like others have said, sailingfud is excellent at gathering data, and among the worst ever at analyzing it.

Cost per block hour needs to remove the training bubble and mass system inefficiencies from management chosing to operate a million fleet types. Its their choice to do that, and so we shouldn't be penalized for it. In fact, since they claim it drives a revenue premium, we should actually get credit for it.

9/9/5/5 would work for me as long as we include an increase to PS, true minimum day of 5:30, higher value for vacation and training, no relief on scope, a significant decrease to the ALV thresholds, plus no change to sick leave.
