Details on Delta TA

Help a new guy out: I just don't understand why the whole contract thing is such a secret. Why are negotiations held behind closed doors? Why is a TA not releasable for 7 full days? It feels like I'm still active duty and we're dealing with classified info. Also feels like it's harder to keep those who should be accountable.

He explained how unreasonable that is, how there's more involved that I didn't know, that it tipped our hand to the company, etc.
I still think accountability is a reasonable concept.

Why can't we wait and see what it entails? I heard 10,10, 5,3 IF we gave up PS. After this year for PS that is and first 10 is now, with second 1/1/16. Not saying it will be worth a yes vote, but "what's with all the negativity, Morarity?"

Join the club. After C2012 I asked my rep if I could see our survey results. He asked why. I told him I wanted to see how close our contract came to our collective wishes (seemed reasonable to me).

(awkward silence)
Yeah, that's what I thought too.
I then looked in the mirror to see if I had a post it note on my forehead that said "Idiot".
