Does the TA just have to pass a simple majority in the MEC to go to the members?
Any idea where the votes are now (obviously there are some diehard "yes" and "no" voters)? How many swing votes and where are they leaning? Any ideas? Denny........any idea how Jud and Chris are leaning? |

I'm a P2P volunteer. Not only doing this.
And we should have info about FB soon for the group. I have no problem with this, and I appreciate you informing the group for those who cannot be at the meeting in person. I can only assume that you are passing along information, verbatim from the NC as it is told to you. Again, no problem. My issue is with the costing model, and its failure to recognize that at least half of the airline is affected by the LCA change in some capacity, except the very most senior FO's who retain the right to bid with LCA's when nobody else does. I also have issue why we are taking concessions on an item we clawed back from the company when we released FO's from recovery flying. Things like this are almost never given away by the company, and we shouldn't either. If the NC wanted to give this away, a far higher pay rate might have blinded some to the change, but they didn't. What was the result of the JV changes? |

That is correct and I really don't know.
No clue which reps are leaning which way. |

That's part of the deception. It's semantics. The NC stated that the changes won't take place until the 2017 payout, which occurs in February. That payout is on wages earned for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2016.
What also doesn't take place until Jan 1, 2017 is the 1% DC increase. The sick leave changes not only take effect immediately but are also retroactive. |

What was the result of the JV changes? The description JV language is being reviewed for publication. We reviewed this morning and the explanation for the change in calculation and look back. Sorry for the delay. |

I read as no change to 2016 payout (Feb 2016) and based on 8% higher rates for last few months of 2015. Then reduced rate for 2017 payout (Feb 2017) but based on 14% higher rate than now throughout 2016. Is that wrong?

Bumping my own question.
Was anyone at In Command today? |
I've been so stunned by this capitulation, nay, sell-out that I've been unable to post.
But sick leave investigation back to 2012? This truly is historic! Retroactive Concessions?! This HAS to be a first! Very happy to stick with our current agreement and go from there. Be Not Afraid. |
