He was banned. Temporarily.
I got a kick out of his proclaiming the medical issued "settled" 7 minutes after his lengthy post.
It's classic liberal: "The debate is over because I proclaim it so!"
LMAO
Yeah...ummm....no. It's not. Not by a long shot. Your proclamation, Tool, means exactly squat.

I just shot down the sick leave verification myth. If this place is where you are going to educate yourself about the TA, you are going to be indoctrinated rather than educated.
The language is not vague as far as the company and ALPA is concerned. Application of this section has not been disputed. Perhaps if you require more amplification you might contact your rep and hear it from the horse's mouth.

Besides, what if they gave us each one million dollars for a single hour of sick time reduction? Ah ha! You just admitted sick leave is for sale, now let's talk price! Etc.
Its really an uphill battle when we go into it by letting them frame the debate like that, but we just keep doing it.

Why would I be banned? You should not believe everything you read here. I am not supposed to be a Delta pilot either. When I offered to meet two individuals here, provide the with a cold beer and my ID card, they both went radio silent.

I'm reading it right here from the alpa website, sir. . I want to know why you left out the section about the "medical release threshold" that is not defined anywhere? It's a vague term that they could use to make you go through these hoops at any time basically. I have contacted my reps and am awaiting an answer.
Are you reading the same TA I'm reading? It's Section 14.A.20 in the definitions, so it's not a vague term. It's defined.
