Details on Delta TA

I "think" the way it was explained at the MEC meeting is that it is 15 "work days." Days off between trips would not count towards that 15. I would like to see confirmation on that though.

The DHS is a guy. He's the AME that helps pilots get their tickets back from the FAA. From what I hear he's a good dude and has helped many pilots continue their career. What I'm worried about is his "designee". That could be anyone, Sedgwick, Bob from India(the scheduler for Continental-Bing it), or Dr Kevorkian. Whomever it is, you can bet their job won't be to help us, it will be to deny us.

I'll go back and look, but I don't believe that's what it says in the NC notepad. Since we no longer have to call in well, the days between the sick trips count as lost work days.

But, to answer your question, they didn't. You are assumed well unless you call in sick again.

Professor,
I've been asked by more than one FA if there's language in the TA that gives pilots nonrev/JS priority over FAs.
I didn't see any such language, and on it's face it seemed so ridiculous I just dismissed it out of hand.
But I keep hearing it.
Seems it's a rumor being spread by FAs and by some pilots to FAs.

Then add in something about their lost profit sharing paying for it.

I figured some pilots might have been messing with them...
