Except that the lead Deltanet story on April 1 was all about how our frontline employees are the industry leaders in pay. The entire last paragraph was one sentence.

"The 2015 pay increase marks Delta's 8th year of pay increases of no less than 3 percent at top of scale for major frontline work groups."

So you think the other employees would complain about getting their 2016 raise 4 months early to avoid the pilots getting a raise?

There were a lot of nuggets revealed during the FA union drive. All of it is company material and I don't think I can make it public but you can certainly find it using the Deltanet search tool.

Pay is back to or exceeds pre 911/pre bankruptcy pay rate for every employee at Delta except us.

Profit sharing is enjoyed by all, and will not be reduced unless we reduce it.

Schedule adjustments have never been better for frontline employees with paid flex time and shift swapping.

3.B.4. Pilot pay increases

Search the key words around these topics and you'll see for yourself.

Just wondered about the vacation restoration claimed. I know they used to get 7 weeks max. Current Deltanet says 5 weeks and the 5th week does not come until 25 years.

We used to get 7 weeks. The non contracts was unilaterally restored post bk...and when we asked about the stated 'intent' on the part of the company to include pilots in any vacation restoration....... we were told "a contract is a contract".

Our recovery was NOT a no cost restoration as with the non contract....it came at a cost that was incorporated in the balance of our pwa......as clearly illustrated when dalpa always asks....."what are you willing to give up to get that".

I'd rather get more for the weeks we get than an additional week for those few that have been here a hundred years. Hell, pay more for the first 3 weeks and less for the second. That way more people benefit.
