You mean like this guy...

In fact I view the switch to a threshold from good faith as a improvement in the TA for medical release.

^^^^^

Yeah like that guy and Bender....or who ever he is now.

Look, we read the darn thing, asked lots of questions in the crew lounge and online to reps and the DALPA site and still voted no.

Not an oops moment for sure....

Ferd,

Many of us did, and based on your posts, I suspect you did exactly as you claim. Others were clearly less judicious as evidenced by their posts here.

So which is it? I thought if you voted no, you didn't read the agreement? Is it now that it wasn't marketed correctly? Or what is the next talking point excuse from the unionoids?

Like you said earlier... sometimes it's time to just admit you made an oops. Except that person that should be saying it is you! All you're doing now is just racking up more DPA cards.

I just can't imagine going to Kroger for my health care, but, it is close to my Wally world job. Maybe I can get a discount on the dented peaches......

Find a post where I have written "if you voted no, you didn't read the agreement."

Good luck.

I've used these types of clinics when I commuted and didn't have immediate access to my doc back home. No complaints. In fact, I found the process efficient and effective, but the bottom line is that it's only a choice. You don't have to avail yourself of it.

Does anybody else think that those who so adamantly defend a sick leave policy that was overwhelmingly voted down are guys who seldom/never fly and therefore aren't exposed to bugs, viruses, red eyes, accumulated fatigue, etc?

I do.

I think if you don't have to live under the work rules then all you care about is the pay raise.
