As I surmised. "we don't think they'll do that."

I don't believe the company has a problem with it being May. They just have a problem that it happens at all. As they pointed out at the roadshow, the same charts could be drawn using employment month rather than calendar month.
OK, how about a bank, getting rid of the small not HUGE "use it or lose it" crowd. I don't think the characterization of "abuse" is accurate. It seems you do. I think that's where we differ. I think this could have been done with less rewrite to sick. I also think there is a hidden agenda involving a staffing/productivity issue going forward. We will now have another chance to get it right.

My God man. It's ok. The world is not out to get you. You screwed up and demonstrated that you had not read the agreement. What makes your relationship with your own doctor or an ER doctor or an urgent care doctor any different than the patient relationship with a QHCP in the PWA. Answer: Nothing. Stop being so scared.

Something tells me the CVG sales mafia is alive and well. Look out, CA Malone, there are snakes in the grass.

Maybe it's the relationship he has with his union that makes him a little uneasy with the other relationships.

Imagine if his doctor belittled his concerned, like you are doing now.

Can you blame him? You are even beginning to change my mind about my Union.

Yes I can. He didn't read the agreement he voted against and, rather than admit an "oops" moment, he is now trying to justify his lack of understanding of the details.

That wouldn't have anything to do with the evaluation time table or lack of detail on anything other than rates, would it?

Don't know. I'm pulling the information I post from information that was readily available to us.

Not at the roadshow, the questions were asked.

For the life of me I can't figure out why we're still kicking this around.....unless you're trying to say this sick leave process will be in the next attemp at a TA.

Surly not.....but don't call me Shirley
