When do you retire, again?
When do you show a little courage and have some backbone and vote with your feet and leave! You have made it clear you hate the company and union and your life at Delta is pure hell. You have shown your true colors many times with your continuous stream of insults and derogatory comments.

My opinions only as an informed outsider; Outside of mediation/ strike release I see little chance of Delta offering more money, they will rearrange the deck chairs when they/DALPA re-engage. Remember, they are trying to keep unions off property and if they reward you with big pay increases the other employees are going to take notice and vote accordingly.
We are never going to get released to strike.
We should just put that out of our minds.

We don't need it anyway. Step 1:

If management won't up their offer then we should make it our #1 priority to organize the other employee groups and not stop until every living soul at Delta Air Lines except Bastian and Anderson are members of a union.

We start with the flight attendants. In 2016.

Perfectly legal under the Railway Labor Act and it will damn sure get management's attention.

A well placed informational picket line in NYC so the financial press and the ratings agencies are aware of the discourse would get their attention. What objectives does management have that they need our cooperation on? JD power, investment grade credit, operational performance above our peers was the reason they stated for ending the AAL passenger deal and the ability to generate a revenue premium and corporate account revenue. Anything else?

How much is a demonstration permit on Wall Street? I bet it's less than $1.477 millon.

Funny, I just google that. In NYC you don't need a permit to demonstrate on public property. Hand billing and picketing are protected speech. Anything that involves amplified sound or completely obstructs an avenue of egress to and from a building is also a no no. But... allowing half the sidewalk and not obstructing commerce or free movement is allowed. The NYPD would prefer notification but if the demonstration doesn't amount to a public nuisance or obstruct your good. Have you tried to walk through times square lately? For an organized rally or protest you need to file a petition with the city.

One of the few concepts I have seen posted here that actually has some merit.

I think you're probably right but forcefully proceeding through the process to exercise our right will be noticed. There is a lot we can do when the bounds of status quo are undefined.
