Actually it just came up in conversation about a Christian Eagle I am looking to buy. Another pilot is interested in partnering in the aircraft. He has a friend who works with the new hires. That's why I stated it was second hand. If I had bothered to ask it would not have been second hand. Regardless it's the third no show in the last two years. Not exactly a crisis.

Actually that makes complete sense....201 is the difference in that moment. Let's assume that doesn't include any flow ups... The current wait this past month has been about 30 days from CJO to indoc start. (2 guys in my unit had CJO, one was 28 days the other was 35). The interview classes vary between 10-16 per class... With the known fact they only do 4 days worth of interviewing and Assuming an average of 12 CJOs per interview class. (12 x 4) x 4 weeks in a month gives you 192.
So that 201 number makes sense.
Also a lot of rumors about people leaving or no shows....I had 2 guys have Fedex CJO, a SWA CJO, and a United CJO in my new hire class. The only one who left was the United CJO because he lives in Chicago.

Just to clarify, flow ups ended a while ago. There are no more flow ups from Compass or Mesaba
