No surprise. Been hearing rumors NHs are being threatened already about social media, and have been treated like children during Indoc. Supposedly were even told "you pilots will ***** about everything anyway..." We're definitely going to keep attracting quality candidates if this is true.

Haha, well that is true...do you actually read around here? Most of the new hires, and potential new hires, I know have thicker skin that to be put off by a few jokes. By the way, the same social media warnings and jokes were in my AMR indoc class as well.

The old leadership can get a handle on gen Y or the millennials. They would only ***** in private after class when nobody could really hear it. That somehow meant they were respectful of the Mother D. The new guys tweet about it during the breaks. Like it or not this is a freedom we all enjoy even if we don't exercise it. With great power comes great responsibility. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to make an example of someone.

100% true. In my class, B.B. told us that he had heard that there were many "side discussions" happening while guest speakers were talking. Scolded the whole room for too much talking and said he better not hear any more about it. When we returned from lunch, all of our seats had been switched...

When you act like children you get treated like children.

That is ridiculous. Assigned seating? Like High School? No wonder they are acting like children.

What a load of crap. When a bunch of new hires on probation can see through the management BS you equate that to acting like children? The BS is thick and the greenest new hire can see it. Good on em for not paying attention to the 2 weeks of stockholme syndrome training. The Delta Cares bully was my personal "favorite".
