Most of the new hires, and potential new hires, I know have thicker skin that to be put off by a few jokes. By the way, the same social media warnings and jokes were in my AMR indoc class as well.

The old leadership can get a handle on gen Y or the millennials. They would only ***** in private after class when nobody could really hear it. That somehow meant they were respectful of the Mother D. The new guys tweet about it during the breaks. Like it or not this is a freedom we all enjoy even if we don't exercise it. With great power comes great responsibility. I wouldn't be surprised if they try to make an example of someone.
