As I said, I didn't post a single comment. You seem to have trouble reading what I post since you believe that I argued against.

What's the rumor going around about ALPA agreeing to fly extra sections if Virgin pilots "flying the contract" causes disruptions?
I'd hope Delta pilots would not be willing to fly these extra sections if that's the case. In the name of "unity" of course.

“The company has been notified, as required by law, that this will begin on Dec. 23,” a PPU spokeswoman said. “The action will see a removal of ‘pilot goodwill,’ with pilots who are members of the PPU working strictly to their contract.”
The new union warned that the action―which stops short of a strike―could continue indefinitely, and could result in some flights not being fully staffed.
It's not a strike, it's not even a job action against Speedbird, it's an attempt to switch unions. This is the equivalent of the DPA cornholes calling for a "no overtime" campaign, which they did in 2015, and which got their Dear Leader 30 days off the schedule.

Ummm.
One person's thoughts here, and I'm not the Internet Police:
>>It's not a strike, it's not even a job action against Speedbird<<
Speedbird is the callsign for British Airways (not Virgin Atlantic), and yes-- there is going to be a strike there. Mixed Cabin crew members in LHR on Christmas/Boxing Day I believe.
>>Why are you here again?<<
>>the DPA cornholes <<
I appreciate DALFA's perspective and have friends that still think DPA is an answer (I disagree). Throwing those barbs in don't help your argument and may serve to alienate some of the sub groups you want your argument to appeal to.
You might consider extinguishing the blow torch...If you are here to convince people and not just vent on targets of opportunity.

Is this group the legally recognized CBA by all parties (pilots, company, government)? Is BALPA no longer on the property? Who does the negotiating of contracts and other work rule/pay/etc... things? To me it would seem that if this PPU group is the answer then yes there is something here. If not, then is is another version of DPA.
