Ask around. There are several posters here who have been called out on for what they posted on here. Maybe they could PM you?

I don't think the flat tire comment is necessarily condemning. But, suggesting that pilots not pick up work will possibly get anyone one of us in a jam with the company. Let alone you, who has no union protection and no real legal protection. (Your comments would have to be construed to be some part of some organizing action to get that.)

Trust me. You should be careful on here. We are not anonymous.
I hear you and appreciate all of your concerns. I've had to take legal action against Delta in the past and wouldn't hesitate to do it again if somehow information is leaked and Delta chooses to take action.

Do you have a life so boring that you feel compelled to hang out on a pilot forum?

.
Really?

Rube & KnotSoFast,

The usual "my D-ALPA trough" suspects shooting the messenger instead of the message. Good work.

Great post KSF. Anything of value to offer?

Bigger and stronger than the AF pilots themselves? Please.
AFAIK they could call a strike but are refusing to. They are merely working to book or something like that. And they are not calling on us to do anything. In fact, we had to go out of our way to even establish a line of communication with them. Not only could they not be bothered, they basically blew us off.

Yet you want us to ground planes over this?

I know you want to be "pro union" and that's fine. But you're wrong about this one, at least for now.

Nope, other than this thread is a non-starter.

Fewer than 50% of VA pilots even voted in favor of doing this work action.

Yes, to a degree. But neither of us are flt attendants posting on a pilot forum.

.
Back to my main point... Why should I care that fewer than half of the VA pilots voted for a minor job action and might slow their ops down a bit?

It is NOT a strike. There will be NO picketing.
