It's not a "near contract violation" it is a clear violation. Put your issue forms it, watch it stop like magic in two months with 12-40 extra hours in your pocket.

Those guys know it's a filthy move, and it's not hard to figure out which pilot is doing it. Simply wait for them to pull that crap, fill out and issue form every time, get paid tons of money, filthy pilot stealing flying out of seniority order becomes a near memo and schedulers know he's a filthy beggar and not to feed a beggar.

Funny how you line holders are telling those on rsv how much or little they are working. Both Msp CA’s and FO’s are working almost every day. It’s not full trips it’s fly 2 dh1 or vice versa.
We are running out of CA rsv’s
A lot lately in multiple bases.
All verified on flica or by conversations with CS. It’s the planning department that decides
On crew metrics. Send a email to a a top level guy asking why
No upgrades when we’re running
Short. It’s cheaper to pay a CA 150% to pickup than upgrade an FO. Sadly it comes from the top.

So every month you bank 12-40 hours to be paid later. When that stuff gets submitted to the company the schedulers get an immediate talking to and would know better for next time except they're already gone 4 months later and the next group of idiots come in. The only thing I can say for sure is somehow "that guy" name gets passed around for getting schedulers in trouble and not to make deals with him next time, which tribal information somehow makes it to the next scheduler (not how to ACTUALLY assign trips correctly, just whatever you do never listen to old Jack wagon McGee there)

I have patience for a some things, not watching pilots screw each other over because they've either decided seniority doesnt matter or they're smarter than anyone else and know that the better way. I still remember a few by name, if they ever get over to Delta I'd be shocked but I'll watch out for them there too.
Above all else, you own your seniority.
I wasnt the only one that felt that way, one of my better mentors showed me how to watch my butt. Earned me tons of money and a special chuckle when said cheater would ***** in the crew room that he wasn't flying anymore. Or wasn't able to cheat and sit out of base reserve while the rest of us commuted in senior to him.

Since I finished oe in January I have 157 hrs... Average of 13 hrs a month. Recurrent was a treat I tell ya.
Don't you dare lecture me on dropping reserve days to pick up open time. I've tried. Allow me to invite you to see the hundred drop requests denied because the reserve grid shows a threshold HIGHER than then number reserve captains assigned.
Yes. I've called to see if they "have anything for me".
Average of 10 RR a month. And I say average because last mknth I did 12..a few months prior I did 11. The majority of my flying has come on three trips assigned... 1 5 day. 1 4 day. One wonderful 4 day that they took the last two days away and put me on RRA... Just to then try assigning me one of those removed flights I took great joy in refusing that one since they wanted me to take a deadhead outside my rra window
The rest of them out and backs.. Usually to Saginaw, Lansing, Columbus and Dayton
I'm done whining.... All ginned up and got triggered
