Yea it was announced a week or two ago that Delta secured the early removal of the last 7 900's that G7 had.

N354CA came out of conformity yesterday. It hit the line barely an hour after arrival into DTW.

N669CA came out of conformity yesterday and hit the line this morning. 13 700s now in service.

The third factory-new 900 is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, January 31. Presumably N480PX.

Happy February everyone. This month, EDV is slated to gain 1 gently-used 700, 2 gently-used 900s, and 1 factory-new 900.

The first tail into conformity (N340CA) is scheduled to arrive in SLN tomorrow, February 3.

Another interesting note, the 900s we are getting from GoJet were registered to a leasing company while operated at GoJet, but upon transfer to EDV they are being registered to Delta Air Lines. Delta is buying them outright, not just taking on the leases.

Does that mean they’ll lose their “GJ” N numbers?

Not from what I can see. If there was gonna be a change, it would have the new tail number in the "Pending Number Change" row.

Nah, that costs too much money. That’s why DL tails have the gambit from NW, MH, LR, CA, XJ, EV, and so forth.

Thanks for the update....I see on the Delta Connection Wikipedia page that Skywest is losing ALL their Delta Connection CRJ-700s. I know they are re purposing them for either American Eagle or Gojet to use for United Express. My question though is what is going to happen for Delta's Aspen service? Is Endeavor going to be certified to fly their CRJ-700s into Aspen or is Skywest working on getting another type certified?

I was wondering that myself. Is the A220 Aspen capable?

No. It’s over that airport weight limit and over the wingspan limit by over 20ft.

I believe SkyWest is going to keep 8 CRJ700s for Delta Connection.
