Pocatello would be dropped in such a scenario. Instead, A220/717 a few times a day from Idaho Falls (under an hour drive) would be sufficient to serve that part of the state. Not every small town needs RJ service.

Because making 1b a quarter wasn't working for them and WN is knocking it out of the park right now? If PAX return all the planes will return, if this is a fundamental change in how the public travel and do business then many airlines will disappear, including large ones.

city has funds. This is where “prorate” markets would come into play. Using a 50 seat RJ and having multiple code share partners... not a United or Delta flight. (So they can claim they have no 50 seaters) But a “xyz” airlines... but you could connect to. DL/UA flight seamlessly...

717/220/319 seems perfectly reasonable to me for DSM

Regarding Endeavor you’re wrong on that front as there is a Bridge agreement. Any dissolving of the 9E certificate into mainline would have to include the pilots . Same if Mother D declared bankruptcy. The only thing that might change that is if another entity would by Delta and liquidate stuff and shrink the Airline . As well there is no flow back to 9E , so any furloughs would include the bottom half of 9E and the bottom half of Mainline .

What? The bridge agreement is just saying Endeavor is guarunteed to operate 109 airplanes. It does not mean if airplanes move to mainline that pilots have to as well. If Delta wants out of the agreement they will get out of it, I highly doubt Delta signed an agreement they couldn't get themselves out of if really needed.
