Where you going to instead of Endeavoe?

TBD.
I’m hoping things get rolling before September, but in the meantime I’ll have to explore my options. I’ve found that, in hindsight, things typically work out for the best.

Best counsel I can offer is to do what you feel is best for you and your family. We're a great option (worth waiting for, IMO), but loans don't pay themselves off. Wishing you the best as you explore your options.

Stay tuned, I'm told by my contacts in recruiting that once the spigot gets opened again, our hiring will hit 40+ per class in Sept. Lots of opportunities coming, just not right now.

My experience with the senior leaders here, too, is that they are honest and accessible. There's no deceptive practices in future planning. When they say growth is coming in Q3-19, I believe them. For me, I'll be just about ready to do my DGI around that time, so if all goes well, that should open the door for someone else.

Eh good and bad. What you said is true, by no movement is bad.

Just curious, did you also believe them when they said growth was coming in summer 2018?

I'm not losing any sleep over whether we grow Q1, Q2, or Q3. I'm in a good spot, the company seems stable, and I'm biding my time while building my time.

More pressing question is - can my Seahawks get it done tonight and put the Vikes away for good?
