Despite how cool your response was, you still dodged the question.

He's just saying he doesn't care that much. It'll come or it won't, the company is pretending and i flip a coin to decide if I'll pretend too.

As expected, the 12th Man delivered. My Vikings pals were crying in their beer over that blocked FG. Sounds like they've got 83-million problems... ha ha ha!

Story is they’re overstaffed and it isn’t fair to the folks already out flying to continue bringing more people on. Supposed growth coming in the 3rd quarter 2019. IDK
Just out of curiosity, did they push your date back before or after you did the initial paperwork processing in MSP?

Default People who referred pilots are losing $$$

Lots of pilots who were referred are going elsewhere...

Does our referral program need a clause that says something like, "if we slow down hiring but your dude/dudette was otherwise perfect you get a consolation prize when they predictably take a job somewhere else"?

I did my initial paperwork back in October. I was notified less than 2 weeks ago.

Nope. You don't get anything unless the guy/gal you referred to us completes OE.

No it doesn't need it. How would you prove they were otherwise perfect anyway? The bonus meant you referred them, and they could pass and complete IOE.

Refferrals are really meant to get pilots to do HRs work for them and turn you into stupid company line spewing drivel.
