I don’t work on the Company path side of the program. However, looking at the FAQs on DeltaNet, it references health benefits but not whether or not they retain their travel benefits while on their LOA.
It’s a good question and I’ll try to get an answer for you.

If I’m not mistaken, they are an employee on leave status, can a Delta employee on a leave of absence non-rev?

That’s the exact question I will try to get answered. Their health benefits expire 3 months after their LOA starts but the FAQs don’t specifically mention something similar for the travel benefits.

Don’t know who that is, but he’s wrong. Being in Propel doesn’t get you S2. Now, if the answer to the question above is that those in the Company path who are mainline employees on leaves of absences get to keep their travel benefits, then it’s not because of being in Propel, it’s because they are being allowed to keep their mainline benefits.

And surely the college kids who go through propel don't get Delta travel benefits. Or do they?
