Maybe some people...but the fact is it is the #1 airline to fly for excluding personal factors like living in base. The one hope is the military pool continues to dry up combined with mass retirements and continued pilot “shortage.” Then, we will probably see DGI numbers improve.

I've been asking FO's on my trips. Several are waiting on class dates at JetBlue. They say they don't want to wait 4 yrs for a coin flip at their DGI. By then they'll be making $150k as an FO on the Airbus at JetBlue. Captain upgrade at 5-7yrs making $250k. It's a no brainer and JetBlue is taking our FO's with no turbine PIC time.
