DGI improvements coming, with more career progression talks with Delta in February. The language sounds much more optimistic than in the past

It’s not quite as good as it sounds, since 9 of the captains were pilots not returning from long term LOAs, not necessarily getting hired elsewhere.

And I wonder, of those 4 FOs, how's many were prior military pilots that just finished ground School after 2 months on property?

Came here to say this... can't believe they counted non-returning pilots in "Attrition". Yes they technically dropped off the list but they didn't "leave" because they weren't here, they may have been Captains but their failure to return doesn't open new Captain spots since those spots aren't currently filled.
