No, I can’t say I’m learning anything in preparation for October. My seniority number is actually inside 400, and I don’t have to go on the internet just pretending I’m a previous Pinnacle captain.
Furthermore, I’m doubtful any 9E Pilot will get F-letters.
Are you even a 9E Pilot?

Thank god I’m not the only one that things ol RayRay is full of ****. Ps if your really **** him off he sends you a bunch of love letters to pm it gets pretty interesting. But anyways if he is a 9E guy he’s a very very sad individual and I pray he isn’t taking FOs to dinner on trips because god only knows we don’t need thy kind of poison in the water. Anyway kids just relax and ride the ride things could go south or they may end up just fine be responsible and don’t seek advice from any captain preaching in the cockpit because they probably have been burned and are now just a sad sad man.

I'm not sure because I'm not in the training department, nor do I wear a delta lanyard, or a hat. You think you have everything figured out but that's your problem, which is why you'll be here, forever. Glad you got your McDonald's the other day though. You really showed em.

Not a yes man, just know how to play well in the sandbox. Left a year ago after 3 great years on property. Obviously you joined up at a different time than I did and clearly our views of the company are different, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time at 9e and miss the great people I was privileged to fly with. It actually is possible to take ownership of your career and go out and find a job on your own without the union doing the legwork for you. Give it a thought sometime. Life's too short to be that negative.

Southwest is offering their pilots paid health care and 55 hours a month to stay home for up to 5 years. Southwest is best positioned to handle this downturn. The fact that they are offering this for FIVE years tells me this will be a long recovery. I doubt any major will hire for at least 7 years.
Southwest has 11% of its pilots retiring in 5 years. All three legacies are more. Delta will lose 11% to retirement in just 2 years. I think that difference is part of what drove the 5 years offer.

The operative words are up to 5 years. They can offer recalls at any time.
