I did just do a 2 day out of lga on my days off at 22hrs of credit last month. Shortest trip you might get is 3 days when you can hold a line. Nyc is gonna be a while just because it's slowly coming back. Expecting avg 100 departures a day in Sept til Dec out of just lga. Haven't looked at jfk yet.

How many departures out of LGA and JFK pre Covid? It was a few hundred something? The trips out of NYC still beat ATL.

You don't have to go to a regional, but it certainly helps. Flying 135, you'll be lucky to do 500 hours a year. Do the math.
