Pretty sure the mainline guys are saying the same thing about you, if you see what I'm saying...and if you don't like your next offer, all you have to do is vote no. And aren't you at XJT? Didn't you take concessions a few years back?

Yes, say no. That's all it takes. Grow a pair and say No. Are you the type to say Yes to a low bar contract? Are you the type to take a concession and lower the standard for other pilots?

Go through bankruptcy once, then you'll realize just how much they're squeezing you pair

You act like yours is the only airline ever to go bankrupt. New in this business?

Taking concessions in a pilot shortage is stupid.

How do you figure? I've now been through two of them. They were Mesaba and Pinnacle. Thanks to the Railroad Labor Act there are not a lot of options. In both cases they went to the judge and the judge said fix this and that and I'll approve it. Then a TA is suddenly reached for a slightly better one. If you had experienced this you'd realize just how much your hands are tied. Now in regards to your last sentence, I'd agree with you during regular contract negotiations, and I'm still shaking my head in regards to PSA

Key point being "slightly better one". My complaint is against those lowering the bar, not the ones raising it, even if it's only slightly.

PSA, as indicated, has lowered the bar. That's bad for everyone.

Who is responsible for lowering the bar or where does the most effect come from?
Was it PSA or mainline that gave up scope? As long as we are allowing antiquated Jim Crew type laws to continue that allows one group to get unequal privileged treatment over another it will continue.

An old adage in this business is "It's not what you deserve, it's what you negotiate".

Blaming mainline or anyone else for one's own acceptance of a concessionary contract is an excellent example of adolescent immaturity.

Your right sorry. People should always remain silent when there are inequalities and injustices. Its so immature for people to complain when we have the EEOC and ALPA to ensure everything is across the board fair. Nothing is wrong with the system when a carrier can buy or merge with another and nobody can loose their jobs or forced to re interview retest for a job that they already do unless you work for a regional.
Like you said "Its what you negotiate" just like the Mesaba pilots that had a flow agreement negotiated. When there is obvious faults in the system we should remain silent until we have negotiations? ALPA's merger buy out policies was probably written before mainline allowed scope relief which created the expansion of regionals that was probably never envisioned by ALPA. Wasn't there also a time before regionals were even allowed to be part of ALPA? What does In Unity mean?

I'm guessing that you haven't gone through BK. No one made it look like we are the only one that went through a BK. I have no idea where you got that idea. If you have gone through one, then you know how it feel. If you haven't, you wouldn't know would you?
