I have 3 sims left for the 200 as a new hire, so far me and my sim partner has been knocking them out, but I'm more so worried about the oral. I was wondering could anyone give me a run down of how it may go, I also know the name of the examiner I'm going with but don't know how he does things. I've been going through the systems manual so hopefully this is pushing me in the right direction. I was also wondering is it normal to have to examiners for your oral?
heres how I do it: I make flash cards for every limitation, 68 at last count. Then I go through them at least twice a day. Started this during ground. Then I make flash cards for ever switch light and indicator with explanations derived from the systems manual then cross referenced from systems slides. As the systems manual for the 900 sucks.
After doing this and going over the flash cards many many times. I get the cockpit poster out and start to go through each light function from memory and connecting any limitation it may be related too. Always passed the orals with flying colors.
Yes, a lot of freaking work, but well worth it.

First time posting. I have an interview scheduled next month (Endeavor). I have looked at some gouges, but wondering if anyone who has recently been through the process can give examples of specific questions asked. Tech part, Hr part, TMAAT ? I have 4,000+ hrs & ATP. Been out of aviation as a career for about 15 yrs, staying current part time instructing & shooting approaches in single engine Cessna. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think a flow will happen. What they promoted when I interviewed was a DL interview after two years as CA...
X1900, gouges are spot on. Very simple interview. Mine went HR (went through my airlineapps and picked out a question or two from each section), basic scenarios (they didn't ask any jet stuff, related all their scenarios to my current CFI job) and a few basic tech questions (IFR mostly, brief approaches, alternate minimums, requirements).
Are any contract updates likely to happen, or is the retention bonus likely to be it?

I just interviewed last Thursday the 22nd. As a whole, I would have to say the interview was very easy and relaxed. Checked in at the front desk/counter around 7am and was given a visitors pass. Quickly thereafter, all of the candidates were taken upstairs and given a brief PowerPoint presentation about the company and what can be expected during training, ETC. We did a quick tour of dispatch while I assume they were going through our logbooks and paperwork; then we all came back up for the interviews. It was a two person panel, one HR representative and the other was an Endeavor pilot. First five minutes were really just going over the information that was on my AirlineApps. Second portion was covering HR type scenarios and then we hit some super basic technical questions. Send me a PM if interested, I can give you a recap of what I experienced.

I studied for the technical portion before the interview, but none of that studying helped whatsoever... It's just stuff you should know already as a pilot, p-factor, stalls, reading metars and TAF's. They aren't 'out to get you' they keep it basic and even if you get things wrong, or only partially right, they'll move on and it's no big deal. You are graded on a points system and only 1 in 10 test monkies don't get the offer.
Also, just so this doesn't come as a shock and make you nervous, unlike the above poster said, there can be up to 4 interviewers. I had two pilots plus an 'observer' pilot sit in on mine, not what I was expecting.

We have nothing. I asked the union and they said my only option is to get hired off the street.
Any ideas on what they will do for us?

I ran into a FO the other day in MSP who told me he's in his 8th year. Also read on here about an 11-year FO. As a recent CJO recipient, this stuff is pretty disappointing. Are these indicative of the upgrade time a new FO hire should expect at Endeavor now? If not, then what is?
