Yes, but it's this way everywhere. Even JetBlue, but they don't have any retirements to ease the pressure off the top.

I'd take that deal every month... I'd be more than happy to downgrade to bid #2 FO in the company if I could keep my captain pay. 19 days off to pick up 200% (at captain pay) would be well worth it...
